Questions about Pro
Do I need an internet connection to use Pro?
Only once. Activating your license key needs an internet connection to reach Polar. After that, Recall works offline and does not check the license again.
How do I move Pro to a new Mac?
On the old Mac, open Recall's Settings and choose Deactivate on This Mac… in the Recall Pro section. That frees the activation. Then enter your license key on the new Mac. You can have Pro active on up to 3 Macs at the same time.
What happens to my history if I deactivate Pro?
Recall switches back to Free, which keeps 7 days of history. History older than 7 days is deleted. Recall warns you before it deactivates, and you can activate the key again later.
Is there a trial?
Recall Free is the trial. It has no time limit, so you can try Quick Search and time words for as long as you like before you decide.
Is Pro a subscription?
No. Pro is a one-time purchase and includes all 1.x updates.
